Hello, my name is Phyllis and 5 years ago I lost a lot of weight, I feel great , life was pretty awesome, I started up a company called Slim You with the guy off the Downsize Me programme and pretty much worked with him on our programme helping many people shed, 5, 10, 20 , 50 kilos and during this time met a heap of gorgeous woman and men who loved the feeling of being back in control of their bodies , basically I fell back in love with my body! Today however it’s a different story, I have spent the last two years losing myself to the stress and drama of the Christchurch Earthquakes, my husband surviving cancer and then injuring his back and being diagnosed with a neuro illness , life’s been pretty challenging to say the least!

20 kilos has crept back on over the last 2 years and now its time for me to take my own medicine and get back the body I lost. This is how you can join me for a low low cost and learn so much and have heaps of fun with other like minded people for support

How?

With Slim You’s, “Cook, Train and Meditate” workshop, I’m going to share with you the method I’ll use to get back on track and get that killer body back and what I discovered by accident after I lost weight, without trying, in the month of December while on the Gold coast reflecting on life and earthquake damage. On that trip I spent most of my time recharging and forgiving myself for not being perfect and putting the weight back on! I realized I’m not a one hit wonder and either are you !

After losing weight by literally being more present, I was so excited by what happened that I spent January researching and designing the “Cook Train and Meditate” workshop with an optional 30 Day Follow up programme that maximizes the effect by applying simple psychological principles to my everyday eating habits and daily behaviours.

Over the course of a year I will drop the 20 kilos and most likely much quicker than that and if you want to you can join me and do the same, whether you got 10 or 60 kilos , you can and will do this!

This method is a truly satisfying way to eat, train and think and it’s a new daily ritual that can be done in an hour!

You will join me at Ocean Ridge in a stunning house to take part in a 20 minute exercise session that will be all you need to ‘Walk Yourself Slim” over the coming months, based on research from the Queensland University that means you train less but get more bang for your time out there and the coolest thing is , it doesn’t matter your level of fitness, you can go at your own pace so if you can’t even make it to the letter box or you are running marathons, this will work for you! Learn how to incorporate exercise into your weight loss plan that doesn’t require you to flog yourself at the gym!
